Instructions for Authors
Journal of Theoretical, Experimental, and Applied Physics accepts manuscripts in the form of original research papers, literature reviews, case reports, and short technical notes. The editorial team asks authors to follow these guidelines closely.
Submission Requirements
- Articles must be submitted in Microsoft Word format via the online system.
- A cover letter is required, including contact details for the corresponding author and a summary of the article’s contribution.
- Manuscripts must not be published elsewhere or under active review by another journal.
- All authors listed must approve the final version before submission.
- Editors may request revisions for clarity, formatting, or presentation.
Types of Articles Accepted
- Research Articles: Studies based on experimental or theoretical work.
- Review Articles: Literature summaries with analysis or synthesis of findings.
- Case Studies: Descriptions of technical or experimental scenarios in physics.
- Short Communications: Brief articles on emerging results or methods.
Manuscript Format
Title Page: Full title of the article, author names, institutional affiliations, and email address of the corresponding author.
Abstract: A concise summary (150–250 words) including objectives, method, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: 5 to 10 terms that reflect the content and help with indexing.
Introduction: Clearly state the background, purpose, and relevance of the study.
Materials and Methods: Describe equipment, models, procedures, or simulations used.
Results: Present findings with appropriate use of tables, graphs, or figures.
Discussion: Explain what the results suggest and how they relate to other work in the field.
Conclusion: Summarise the main findings and, if appropriate, mention directions for future study.
References: Use APA style for all cited works.
Review Process
Manuscripts are reviewed by at least two subject experts under a double-blind system. Initial feedback is usually provided within four weeks. Final decisions are based on reviewer reports and the quality of revisions.
Copyright and Open Access
Authors agree to transfer copyright upon acceptance. All accepted articles are published as open access, allowing readers to view, download, and cite without restriction.
Publication Fees
An Article Processing Charge (APC) of $1019 applies to accepted papers. Authors who face difficulty in covering the fee may request a partial waiver, which is considered on a case-by-case basis.
