Impact of Training and Development Programs on Job Performance: A Study of Teachers at the Universities of Balochistan

This study assesses the impact of training and development programs on job performance among teachers at the Universities of Balochistan. Using a quantitative methodology, data were gathered via surveys to gauge teachers’ perceptions of these programs. Results indicate a 15% improvement in job performance and a 20% increase in job satisfaction among participants. This study underscores the importance of professional development for enhancing job performance in educational settings.
