Aim of this work is to submit a specific case report of chronic prostatitis with incomplete responce to antibiotics and the role palyed by Candida A.
In literature it is reported that it is needed to consider this patogen in specific subpopulation.
The early consideration of this eventuality make possible to avoid dangerous delay in the right etiologic treatement.
In this work It is used an clinical pharmacy and pharmacetuical care approach.
