Biography
I study the phylogeny of medicinal plants in China, focusing on their systematics, evolutionary biology, and biodiversity. My research integrates ecological niche modeling, climate modeling, and conservation biology to promote sustainable plant use. I also explore phytochemicals, herbal medicine, antibacterial activity, ethnomedicine, ethnobotany, and ethnobiology, studying the cultural significance and traditional uses of plants.Research Interest
