Simultaneity at Earth, in the Planetary System, and in the Universe

The International Astronomical Union (IAU) realized, that General Relativity Theory (GRT) with its postulates about coordinate systems is insufficient for space flight, [1,2]. And the IAU formulated the problem of finding a useful and Adequate Coordinate System (ACS) in astronomy. While a general method for the construction of an ACS, and a terrestrial test of the ACS, have been provided in a previous paper, analytic derivations of the ACS are derived here [3]. This provides a more founded and deeper understanding of the ACS, of its uniquely determined velocity, and of its origin. In GRT, in general, clocks are not synchronized and the concept of simultaneity cannot be applied. With help of the ACS, a synchronization procedure is derived step-by-step for all clocks at Earth, in the planetary system, for all clocks on celestial bodies stabilized by self-gravity, and for all clocks everywhere in the universe. With it, the concept of simultaneity can be applied everywhere in the universe. Based on that derived and founded ACS, tests, predictions and applications are derived for Terrestrial Time, Lunar time, time at the planets and pulsar time signals. It will be interesting and exciting to see the measurement results in the future.
