Metabolic Syndrome
Metabolic Syndrome is a group of diseases that occurs together which increases the risk factors of developing heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.
Metabolic syndrome is a serious condition that affects and higher risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke and diseases related to fatty buildups in artery walls. The cause of metabolic syndrome includes overweight and obesity, physical inactivity, genetic factors and getting older.
Risk factors for metabolic syndrome are related to obesity. Other factors like age, family history of metabolic syndrome, less exercise, PCODs, etc.
Symptoms of metabolic symptoms includes group of health conditions, large waist circumference, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, etc.
Metabolic syndrome can be diagnosed by measuring waist circumference, Cholestrol levels, Blood pressure, and Blood sugar. Abnormalities are the main indication for the presence of metabolic diseases.
Complications of metabolic syndrome are atherosclerosis, diabetes, cardiac diseases, kidney disease, etc.
In diabetes condition other complications include like retinopathy, neuropathy, and amputation of limbs.
Treatment for metabolic diseases is to change the lifestyle, healthy diet, reducing weight, physical exercise, will help to reduce the risk factors of attacking metabolic syndromes.
To prevent metabolic diseases physical activity, fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
